Your personal data can be permanently removed from our systems by deleting your account on our platform. You can delete your Loóna account by following the instructions below:
1) Open Loóna.
2) Tap on the profile icon in the right upper corner of the screen.
3) Choose "Account details".
4) Press the "Delete my account" button at the very bottom of the screen.
5) Confirm the deletion.
Please note:
If you have any active subscriptions started via the Google Play Store or Apple App Store, you will need to cancel your membership separately after deleting the account.
