The first thing to do is to make sure that your subscription has not expired yet.
If you purchased your subscription in the app, on your iOS device:

Go to “Settings” from the main menu on your iPhone.

Click on your Apple ID.

Tap on “Subscriptions” to see a list of active subscriptions

Find your Loóna Plus subscription and click on it

Make sure your subscription is ticked as "Active"
If you purchased your subscription in the app on your Android device:

Go to the Play Store play.google.com

Click on your Google profile icon and check if you're signed-in to the correct account

Click on "My subscriptions"

Check if your Loóna Plus subscription is marked as "Active"
When you make sure that your Loóna Plus subscription is active, please re-open the app.

Click on your Profile icon

Tap on the Account Details icon

Click "Restore Purchase" to sync your iTunes/Google Play receipt with your Loóna account.

*Please note that Loóna currently does not support cross-platform subscriptions. Subscriptions purchased on iOS will not be supported on Android and vice versa. Cross-platform subscription support is coming soon.
