Upgrading to a lifetime subscription

On iOS devices:

Follow these steps to upgrade to a lifetime subscription 🌙

  1. Go to the “App Store” app from the main menu on your iPhone.
  2. Tap the "Magnifying glass" icon at the bottom right corner to search for Loóna.
  3. Go to the Loóna page on the App Store.
  4. Find Loóna Plus: Lifetime subscription icon and click on it to upgrade.

*Note: The cost of a previously purchased subscription cannot be refunded or applied toward the lifetime upgrade.

Please remember, that purchasing a lifetime subscription will not necessarily cancel the auto-renewal of your current subscription. If you currently have a Loóna Plus subscription, make sure to complete the following steps to avoid extra charges.

  1. Go to “Settings” from the main menu on your iPhone.
  2. Click on your Apple ID.
  3. Tap on “Subscriptions” to see a list of active subscriptions.
  4. Find your Loóna Plus subscription and click on it.
  5. Select the active subscription you don’t want and click on "Cancel subscription".

 

On Android devices:

At the moment a lifetime subscription for Android can only be purchased as a gift on our website and then redeemed on your account.

Follow these steps to upgrade to a lifetime subscription 🧙‍♀️

  1. Visit our website.
  2. Enter your email address (a gift code will be sent to this email).
  3. Click “Continue” to proceed with the purchase.
  4. After completing the purchase you will be able to download a PDF copy of the Gift Card or just check the email you entered earlier.
  5. To redeem your Gift Card you must follow this link.

  2. Check if you’re signed in to the right Google Account by pressing on the account icon in the right upper corner of the screen.
  3. Tap “Payments & subscriptions”.
  4. Tap “Subscriptions”. 
  5. Select the subscription you want to cancel. 
  6. Tap “Сancel subscription”.
  7. Follow the instructions.
