How to redeem a gift code?

To become a part of the Loóna Universe you need to complete a few easy steps:

  1. The recipient of the code must follow this link: https://my.loona.app/redeem

  2. Tap the Redeem button

  3. Now you need to either create an account or use the existing one. You can choose Facebook or Email options to do so.

  4. It is time to enter the code you have received and continue in the app

  5. After you see a congratulations screen, all you need to do is to open the app. Head to the Account details and log in to the account you have just created if you were not logged in before.

    Note: If you choose the email method - after opening the app you need to tap on Log in at the bottom of the screen after you have pushed Sign up with Email button in the Account details section.
