1. How do I purchase a gift card?
If you would like to share Loóna Plus subscription with a friend or a family member you can purchase a gift card here.
Select the type of gift card and quantity you would like to purchase and enter your email address. Note: make sure the email address belongs to you and is valid as we will send you the receipt and a copy of the gift cards.
After completing the purchase you will be able to download a PDF copy of the gift card.
2. How do I deliver a gift card?
After making a purchase you will receive a gift card in a form of a PDF document which can be:
- Printed and gifted as a physical gift
- Attached to an email
- You can simply send the code from the gift card alone
Simply select the type of gift card and quantity you wish to purchase and enter your email and payment details. Please be sure to use your own email address, as this is where the receipt will be sent.
The recipient can redeem the gift code at loona.app/redeem website.
Note: 1-year gift card will apply for 12 months of Loóna Plus since the date of the activation. Subscription will not be automatically renewed and the recipient will not be charged after subscription expiration.
Gift codes cannot be redeemed while having an active Loóna Plus subscription. You can either save the code for yourself when your subscription expires or share it with any person you believe could benefit from accessing Loóna.
